...About The Alternating Day Fast...• CLOSED EVENTS
We invite you to join the Paradigm Shifters in the Alternating Day Fast. Over 90 days, we will fast every other day, beginning Jan 01 2013. This will be a combination of an Absolute fast and a Daniel fast. Join us for however long God gives your grace, be it a week, a month, or throughout the 90days. May God increase our desire to do his will, seek him first, and his grace that we may endure.

God's purpose for fasting is to cleanse our
spirits so that we can be closer to him thereby be empowered to live
fruitful and overcoming lives. During fasting, we enter the zone of
closer union with God, and in this zone are higher levels of anointing,
spiritual stamina and spiritual authority over matters concerning us and

“Then your salvation will come like the dawn, and your wounds will quickly heal. Your godliness will lead you forward, and the glory of the LORD will protect you from behind. Then when you call, the LORD will answer. "Yes i am here," he will quickly reply.” Isiah 58: 8-9.
"Feed the hungry, and help those in trouble. Then your light will shine out from the darkness, and the darkness around you will be as bright as noon. The LORD will guide you continually, giving you water where you are dry and restoring your strength. You will be like a well-watered garden, like an ever-flowing spring. Some of you will rebuild the deserted ruins of your cities. Then you will known as a rebuilder of walls and a restorer of homes." Isaiah 58:9-12
